ID-4100 Control Head cable pinout

Hi,  I'm trying to find the pinout of the control head cable for the Icom ID-4100.  Does anyone know of a link where that can be found?

Have you downloaded the service manual? Here are two clips from it:




If instead you mean the ribbon cables on the back of the head, those pin-outs are also in the service manual on page 32.
