If you don't mind changing the cord to three wire with the proper connections that would be quick and easy?

You can also make one with a pair of back to back hamfest/ebay, etc transformers. One winding to 120V and a secondary (usually filament) winding to the same winding in another transformer and that 120V primary to the radio.

Not the simplest solution but some may already have parts and they dont have to be identical, just able to handle the current.

Mouser has a 1:1 , 50 watt transformer.

BTW, the mouser transformer will fit inside the radio with a little careful placement!
