I sent two emails over a period of two months to Ten-Tec’s service department inquiring about the availability of the rubber push-buttons for the front panel. Neither was responded to. I figured the answer was “No,” that they were completely out of business, or that they weren’t responding to emails.
I gave it a third try last week and got a response, asking that I call a phone number to get availability information.
I called, was pleasantly surprised to learn the parts were available, made my order, and had my parts in five days.
