Just bought a new UV-8000D. Wonderful little radio and frankly I'm surprised by the amount of radio you get for very little money. The radio came with no disc and tells you where to find the download. Trouble is my computer won't open the TYT site. Not sure if it's my connection or browser or the problem is with them.
I downloaded CHIRP and while I'm not a fan of their software, I did manage to program my radio.
The problem is  I need the TYT software to check the box so the radio with have cross band repeat. The CHIRP software does not have it. Spent a couple of hours looking for a download elsewhere with no luck. All I  found were sites with a 49.95 cord and disc special.
Does anyone have a copy of the TYT software or directions to find it?

Tried today at work and was able to load the software. The TYT site is soooooo slooooow!
My laptop at home runs off a Mifi and just kept timing out.
Plus having the scourge known as Windows 10 did not help. YMMV with Win 10.
