My days of buying Larsen / Pulse products are finished.

I've been buying Larsen VHF / UHF mobile antennas since the late 70s, and have always been impressed with quality, customer service, and warranty support.

Lately though, they have been horrible.  No customer support.  They ignore emails.  They don't return phone calls, even if you manage to find a phone number that connects.  Essentially, you bought it, now stop bothering us.

I needed the center "thumbtack" pad in their thick NMO mount.  No response.  Previously, I had a question about their F150 brake light mount.  Same thing.

Prior to the Pulse purchase, Larsen offered excellent warranty support, and were easy to get ahold of.  With Pulse, they are completely unresponsive.

DX Engineering carries Larson products and parts. (including pads)

Why not give them a call and get the part you need. They have excellent customer service.

Whether you buy another Larsen product again is up to you.
