I was surprised to see that the Yaesu FTDX10 requires a $300 piece of additional HW to connect to the internet for remote operation. I had imagined that most recent radios had that feature built-in (like the aged TenTec OMNI VII). Has anyone here purchased and usd the SCU-LAN10 and associated software?
