Loading driver for IC-7300
« on: January 04, 2022, 07:09:09 AM »

When loading the driver for Windows 10 there is a choice for 32 bit and 64 bit. I’m not sure which I should load. Does it matter?

on your pc, type SYSINFO in the white box on the lower left of your screen (tray).
It will tell you what you have.

Thanks for the great answers. I have been away from fooling with computers for so long I forget these things.

QUESTION: Using windows 10, do I have 32 or 64 bit Type Processor?

GoTo SETTINGS ==> Select SYSTEM  ==> Select ABOUT

Look Under "Device Specifications" ==> System Type (OS / Processor) is your answer

Displays: "00-bit operating system, x00-based processor"

Download / install this type update accordingly.
