I just wanted to publicly extend my thanks to James/K0UA for his helping me with setup of N1MM, he got me going in the right direction, I still need to work on which keys I need to push, but I'm getting there. James you're a true "Elmer"

Sometimes I think this question is just people trying to sell their software because you ask for a free logging program and yet over and over the responses are...xyz program which is definitely NOT free.  Nothing against paid logging programs but not what the op asked for...

I am also always surprised when anyone who claims they want an everyday logging program and says they are using N1MM which is definitely NOT an everyday logger! Great contest program but not a good daily logger.    Still, here are two free great logging programs.  Has every option you could want and doesn't break the bank.

Why not?
I used N1MM as everyday logging program several last years and it served me well.

I've gone both ways - used N1MM as my everyday logger and using a "full featured" logger, in recent years DX Lab.

I found there are really only two things N1MM doesn't give me, and one I don't use - award tracking. I just never use those features.

But, the other thing did convince me to use DX Lab for day to day logging - LotW/eQSL upload. From N1MM  you can do an ADIF export and upload using TQSL for LotW and manually into eQSL. Not that difficult, but for LotW then you have to keep track of when you last uploaded.

I guess one other feature would be the QRZ.com data integration if you pay for subscription to the QRZ API feed - autofill of op/location information into the logging window is kinda nice.
