: Alberto I1QOD has lowered prices. I paid > 500 Euros years ago. But the wait will be "7-8 mpnths". Still. Incredible craftsmanship and beauty... If I could afford them... I would buy the whole collection hi

How long do the magnets last?

A bit of internet searching suggests possible reduction in magnetism of rare earth magnets on the
order of 1% over a period of decades. Such magnets are the most permanent of all types.

They can be damaged by temperature or physical torment.

Magnets' inability to change over time may drive the observer to violent action with blowtorch or
hammer.

There are many other kinds of behavior that are far more interesting to watch than magnet behavior.
Many zoos feature monkey displays that can be very amusing.
