Russian DX Contest 1200Z, Mar. 19 - 1159Z, Mar. 20

This is an everyone-works-everyone contest.

6. Exchange:
6.1. Non-Russian stations: signal report + QSO number, starting with 001.

6.2. Multi-operator (MOST, MO2T, MM) may alternatively use separate serial numbers for each band.

6.3. Russian stations: signal report + oblast code as per attached list.

7. QSO Points.

7.2. Non-Russian stations:

QSO with Russian station – 10 points,
QSO with your own country – 2 points,
QSO with a different country on your continent – 3 points,
QSO with another continent – 5 points.

Taking the weekend off from contesting, and briefly listening on the bands (20 and 15M) this morning, I'm hearing very little U.S. participation in this contest...normally a quite active one. Mostly DX to DX Q's, and CQ's with few answers.

This is not an opinion post, just reporting on what I hear (or don't hear).

Same here. Some DX and not much else. 20 and 15, Condx crappy in CO. I'll try again later maybe on 40.

15 meters was full of loud Russian stations here in GA this morning. I also had UA2FZ call me on 10 meters with a very loud signal.
