Possible new meteor shower May 31 5:00 zulu, meteor scatter

Maybe a meteor shower will happen May 31st around 5:00 zulu.
In the May Sky and Telescope page 34 it describes a possible new meteor shower.  Might be faintly visible, or at least create a radio meteor scatter event.  Centered around 5:00 UTC zulu, radiant near the constellation Bootes.
