Just got a new key.
« on: March 30, 2022, 05:46:51 PM »

Yes, me of not wanting to pay more than 5/- for a new key has splashed out.

Arrived a few days ago, what a beautiful key to use, the feel and very slight sound brings back all those old memories of GKA.

Its a PB213 a modern version of the Marconi PS213 that many of used when at sea.

Will do a review when its a little bit more run in.

The details are here   https://g0nvtclassickeys.weebly.com/pb213.html   to be really genuine it would need to have some tea spilt over it and the drippings from a few bacon butties, but will skip that bit.

Cheers, stay safe  Gavin ZL1BBW

It is indeed a nice key, I've had mine for quite a time, I'm not sure about comparing it with the PS213 having never used one, but I still like and use my Kent straight key and use that the most.

Also got a Junkers key, but that's way too light for me really. I've just purchased key from Andy in the Ukraine, that will be interesting to see how that feels, that might suit my heavy hand more.
