If you had an opportunity to recommend ideas for a large-scale, multi-agency, emergency communications and radio-only interoperability exercise in October, what would you recommend?

Asking for a friend...

(1) All stations logging in, would/should have to be on backup power. If interested stations do not have on site backup power, they should respect the fact in a true national emergency the info they may try to pass would not be anyway.

(2) All Ham Stations would report to their respective 60 meter channel.  The Head NCS for that channel after X time would report to a National net for all 5 channels, while another NCS kept the net alive for late entry info.  The main NCS for X channel would report back to said channels to allow all national info to be disseminated back to each channel. The national net could be set for x times a day at X intervals.

(3) After Action Report/s ( AAR/s) could be given in many ways either on air, or reports sent via email to "AAZ" (Ft. Huachuca). Hams could also post their AAR/s here for all to read.
