Yaesu FT-7900R question

Hello All =
I was wondering if anyone had a suggestion for finding a quieter cooling fan for this rig. I saw a fan described on a post 11 years ago - a SilenX or something. It had to be a 40x40x10 and fit in the same place as the regular one. Any comments appreciated.
