Just installed the Array Solutions Powermaster 2 pc software today and it was working fine for a short while. Tried it a few hours later and was then getting the message “ cannot access com port 5 “ which was the port that it was assigned to. Sure at one stage it came up comport access denied ? Anyway tried uninstalling the software and then reinstalling it but once installed it just won’t open, just sits on task bar menu as a blank screen . As some may know the software itself should  even open with the actual power meter not connected .

Have installed the software on my second windows 10 pc and so far working fine but annoying me that I can’t access it on my other pc !! Any ideas ?

Hi guys sorry just a quick update..managed to get it working…seems you had to right click on the taskbar and select full screen or whatever the option was. Thanks.
