ARRL login
« on: June 10, 2022, 06:07:31 PM »

Hello everyone. I tried to log in to my arrl.org account after a long time - it doesn't work anymore. Instead of the familiar ARRL login page, I now get this page:

login.personifygo.com/prodarrl/Account/Login...

My login data and password are not accepted. What is this crap - or have I missed something?

Thanks in advance for any hints.

PS: I just noticed that my email redirection there is no longer working either - who knows how long. Such an annoyance  >:(

I had a similar problem, and trying to change passwords did not work.   I gave up, and then later in the day,  I went to the ARRL site again and at the log-in my Windows system auto-filled the info from memory and I was in.  I have not tried logging out and back in again, so who knows!!

I believe they updated their web software recently.  I had the same issue after I changed my callsign last month.  It worked a couple days later, but I had to change my password after they got my new call.  If it still fails over the weekend, send them an email on Monday.  Contact info is at the bottom of the linked page.

A small number of members have reported difficulty logging into the ARRL
Website since the ARRL upgraded its systems.  A special webpage has been
created to assist members in transitioning to the new system.

If you go to the website (www.arrl.org) and are not logged in, you will
see a "Login Help" link just below the login button.  Click that and you
will find a video and text information explaining the process.

Hopefully, you don't need this help.  But it's there if you do.  And, of
course, if you run into any further problems, please let me know and I
will work to resolve the issues.

Hello,

I was able, after some trial and error, to successfully log into my ARRL account again. The email forwarding is also active again.

Thank you for your answers and advice.

For at least 2 months I have not been able to look at and search the product reviews.  I get the page for members only message. I am a member in good standing and am logged in while trying to view the pages.  I have emailed ARRL several times, no answer from them.  Contacted them via landline, they are aware of the problems.   You would think they would put a notice on the website.  Poor customer service!
