Looking at the listings on the RepeaterBook site, it appears there may be only two 10 Meter repeaters in Ireland:

29.61000   +0 MHz   67.0 / 67.0   Mullingar, Co Westmeath   EI0SNR   CLOSED   FM   OFF-AIR
29.68000   -0.1 MHz   67.0   Carndonagh, Co. Donegal   EI0IPG   OPEN   FM EchoLink   ON-AIR

And six in the U.K.:

29.21000   +21.31 MHz   77.0   Mere   GB3WX-10   OPEN   FM   ON-AIR
29.27000   +0 MHz   77.0 / 77.0   Northwich   MB7ISJ   OPEN   FM AllStar   ON-AIR
29.29000   +0 MHz   118.8   Allendale   MB7IAE   OPEN   FM AllStar EchoLink   ON-AIR
29.62000   -0.1 MHz   88.5   WORTHING   GB3CQ   OPEN   FM   ON-AIR
29.64000   -0.1 MHz   77.0   Northampton   GB3CJ   OPEN   FM   OFF-AIR
29.69000   -0.1 MHz   103.5   LLANGOLLEN   GB3HF   OPEN   FM   Unknown status

Also, don't forget to occasionally check out 29.600 FM.  This is the 10 meter simplex calling frequency.
