I got a problem with HRD Logbook. Raised a support-ticket at 12:41 (local time)
At 15:51 (local time), Ferry PD9FER, went back on mail with a solution, wich didnt solve the problem.
Ferry would like to remote me via TeamViewer (at 16:43 local time), and after 10-12 mins, the problem was solved....!
What a support ! What a service, from Ferry....and then on a sunday...!
