Old eHam Profile Data - how do I delete or change ?

I changed my call-sign many years ago and apparently made a new eHam profile for my new callsign.  My old call-sign (WB6SAT) has been reassigned twice now ... but my eHam Profile line on the eHam search result of that call-sign still shows my "Real Name" listed , even though another ham has the call.
Question:  How do I get rid of that?   I have no access to that old account, apparently.

I had to send them an email to change an old profile and email address. took a little while.

I thought I had sent an email to N2MG  weeks ago .... maybe not.   I will try again.
