ANYTONE AT-778UV

Does anyone have this radio?  I just purchased one. I tried to program it but I assume I am doing something wrong. I didn't know about the forms use to program until I watch a (you tube) video. By then it was too late  when I hooked up the USB cable and try to write to the radio, it wouldn't write and error out with an error "band error" ?? So I decided to do a factory reset. Can't figure out how to do that either. Says to go to function 21.How do I know when I get to function 21?
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks

I just did a quick search for "band error anytone" and found some vids. Good luck.

You didn't mention if you have the manual. Factory reset page 20 or 24. Function number 18

I have one and used Chirp to program and set everything in the menu. Super easy to operate.
