FWIW, I just heard Brother Stair in the 41 meter band, and it was a repeat of some broadcast he must have made in 2009 or 2010, due to the news references.... And I also had to update my EiBi SW listing, as the BBC appeared on a 'wrong' frequency to Africa (in French).

I always keep a browser page loaded with the EiBi listing on my tablet computer. Makes it easier to reference while SWLing.
