This is not rocket science.
I have a 100% QRO solar station out here in the NM desert. The MPPT charge controllers have a bit lower EMI emission foot print but the efficiency is about 3% lower than normal (cheep) charge controllers.
All you have to do to clean up the emissions on the charge controller is connect a .1uF cap from the plus and minus leads on the input and output connections to frame ground. In addition run the plus and minus, input and output leads through a type 31 mix, 240 toroid next to the controller with about 8 turns of both leads.
My solar system (4ea. 300 watt panels) charges 600 amps of 28 volts storage wet cells which powers a AMIS 4000 watt split phase inverter for the amp and the air conditioner. The rest of the station, lightning and computers are all 12 volt.
My noise level is S zero. This is on 20, 40 and 80 meters.
