They don't answer the phone or emails, but are still accepting payments.
There is a caveat of extremely long lead times that pops up when you attempt to order anything.
I asked a colleague if he had ordered anything from them in the last year before I pushed the checkout button.
He said it took a ridiculous amount of time without any communication, but he did eventually get what he ordered.

It's a very strange way to run a business, unless they are looking to run it into the ground!
Well, I spent my $32 a couple of months ago. Nothing yet!

I visited them about 15 years ago on my way back from Niagara Falls. Expected to walk into an old time radio show room.  Instead it was just an office. They said they had just moved after downsizing. They did have what I wanted. I heard a while back they are on a  tight budget and just barely keeping their head above water. Maybe if we could get every old radio enthusiast to spend 10 bucks it would revive them.

My colleague said that thought they be under new ownership.
I don't know, but you would think they could manage to answer emails in a few weeks at least.
I doubt they are THAT busy. If they are, hire someone to run the office!

I for one could spend more with them, but with no communication, and an undetermined turn around time, it's a crap shoot. Still don't know where my order is in queue after 2 months...if it's even in a queue!
My customers won't put up with "it will be here when it's here". Two weeks? two months? two years? Who knows?

It's a damn shame, really. They have VERY good quality graphics!
