« on: August 17, 2022, 05:37:40 PM »

Is there anyone in Polk County Wisconsin that will repair these old radios? I have no idea how to even look for a repair shop/
Thank you

Jim,
I don't know anyone in  our area that will, (I live next door in Washburn County) But I bet Tim Moes at Midwest Technical Services in Watertown, SD will. He's done work for me on older equipment and does fine work and is honest!
Best of luck.

I spoke with MR. MOES and it would cost a lot more than want I am willing to pay, also the seller has a electroncs repair shop and they traced to the BFO and stopped more than likely it is a bad crystal and they are unattainable MR. MOES tod me.
So I am returning the radio get my money and be happy. Unless a radio drops in my lap I am going to get out of this hobby as it is just to expensive.
Have a great day
