Not exactly free.

To download the program, you need to supply a name and email address. They then send you a download link. When activated, the link will download the program (.exe) without incident. But double clicking on the downloaded file will get flagged by W11 security. It will warn you that the app can not be verified and to proceed at your own risk.

If you continue with the installation, you will get a information window that includes the following:

"To enable continuous improvement of Holland Shielding Systems WinRFCalc by our development partner of this package, WinRFCalc returns error-and page usage information automatically through an HTTP curl command embedded in program."

If you don't mind them "phoning home", make your own choice about installing the program. It may be worth it, but I threw it away.
