Wanting to run FT8 on 70cm, I go to the pull down box to click on frequency.  But it only goes up to 2 meters.  I can manually enter
the frequency in the pull down box, but then it shows the frequency in
red which show out of frequency.  How do I enter a 70cm Frequency, and what is the most used 70cm FT8 frequency

Using WSJT-X?

If so, go to 'Settings', select 'Frequencies' tab, cursor down to the current 70cm frequencies, RIGHT click on any of the UHF lines, when the menu pops up select 'Insert', for IARU Region select 'All', mode 'FT8', for frequency '432.174', to exit, click 'OK'.
