I suggest calling.    When I needed a part,  I tried a couple of emails but got no reply after several weeks.
Suggest that you call them and ask for Amateur Parts.   I did that and got a very helpful person who was patient and had the answers I needed.   In fact, she took the order verbally.

I have generally found that email inquiries are usually not answered at all or with meaningless phrases. However, in DL the service approach is even less developed.

But what I always had success with was getting on people's nerves by phone - of course, in a businesslike and polite way. Only with completely ignorant, unwilling or incompetent counterparts will you get absolutely nothing further.

Good luck!

I remember several years ago I got the number on the back of my owners manual for Yaesu and called them directly by landline. I needed a few parts for my little FRG-100 receiver.I talked to a gentleman and told him what I needed. He sent me the parts at no charge for my radio.
That was about 18 years ago. I don’t think that nowadays you would even be able to talk to anyone on  the phone but not really sure. Worked out good for me.

This sort of thing is a lot more difficult after COVID.  Many older staffers decided the risk of coming into work just wasn't worth it and retired.

Called, got VM, left message and instructed how to contact me.  They recommend I email them (LOL) - that doesn't work either.  Wait a day, call again I suppose.

Call 714 827 7600, parts is option 4.

A very pleasant lady is there and can take your order over the phone.

Recently I had to get a relay for my MKV, they had none in CA but she said she’d check with Japan. She took my details and after a couple of weeks or so it came in the mail :)

Good luck, 73

They told myself and the repair shop the board was out of production and I suppose didn't bother to check very much for it.  When I called back and quizzed the lady in parts, she found out they do in fact have some SW-A boards in their warehouse so I secured one, after I got the radio back.  So sometime in the future will see about having it installed or at the least, keep it with the radio.
