I have a Wouxun KG-669E radio, 216.000 - 265.995 MHz model. I use this radio on the 1.25 Meter (222 - 225 MHz) North American amateur band.

This radio is available in different versions, e.g., 136 - 174 MHz, 350 - 390 MHz, 400 - 470 MHz etc.

I recently bought this radio 2nd hand used. It works fine. I am looking for programming software. Chirp does not work with this radio.

I have contacted Wouxun, this is the response I received. The programming software provided for download from Wouxun's website is not compatible for this radio, as they have updated the software to work on the current versions. They then told me to buy a newer radio.

So, I am looking for factory programming software that is for my particular model, the 220 MHz radio.
I am hoping for someone has this particular radio and the factory software that goes with it. The software is called "KG-679E 669E" (or something similar). Once downloaded and unzipped, there should be about 6 or 7 files in the archive, one of them being KG-679E 669E.exe - an executable file to install software.

Please help.

Not helpfull at all. I have spent 20 thousand seconds on Google and still havent found software that works. Why do you think I am posting up here? As I mentioned on my first post, the software on the Wouxun website DOES NOT WORK with my radio. Take the time to read my first post carefully, not to miss any important information. I have tried the software on the link you provided, it does not work!!!

I need to find someone who has working software on their computer and has the exact same radio that I have.

And yes I know how to extract a rar file.
