Can the FT-200DE work with WinLink Express/VARA FM?

Is there a way to operate Winlink Express on the Yaesu FT-200DE? Would VARA FM work? Would I need a SignaLink. Or does the FT-200 contain a sound card?

I have an FTM-300 but the concept is identical.   For VARA FM you will need something similar to this:

Neither FTM-200 or FTM-300 have a sound card.
