I have an Icom 91A HT that isn’t currently working. I have 2 batteries and neither will charge so I’m trying to figure out if it’s the charger (I replaced the cable to the drop in charger but it didn’t help), the radio or the batteries. If anyone has a functioning 91A and would test mine for me I’d greatly appreciate it. No one in my area has this model. I’d like to trade out one item after another and see what part of my system isn’t working. I’ll ship it all to you and you can figure out which part isn’t working or if it’s multiple parts. I’m hoping that it’s something simple as I’ve really enjoyed this radio.

My first suspect would be the batteries. Even though there's multiple batteries in a pack all it takes is one of them to be bad and it'll kill your pack. You might check with batteries America and see if they don't carry one to fit your radio. I've had very good luck with their batteries. Good luck, 73s,

oh, u can also check the charger with a ,,,voltmeter....

KB5ZSM, thanks, I’ll give that a try. I have 2 batteries, the original and one bought a few months later, but batteries do die. I had no idea where to find new batteries to an older radio. I appreciate the help.
