I have two LOTW confirmations from JT1CO, the most recent from June of this year.  LOTW shows last upload from JT1CO was 9-29-22.

I have worked him twice on FT 8 on 40 meters. Both times I got my report and his RR73. So I know he got my report.
I uploaded both contacts to LOTW but he has not confirmed either one  :( I need him for a new one on 40.

He does contests as JT5DX and every QSO I had with that call matches in LOTW,

Maybe have a look for him over the weekend in CQ WW

Well, I was able to do that, Trevor.  Now we'll see about the LoTW.  As a bonus I snagged UK9AA on long path for a new one on 40m while I was looking for the JT.  Unfortunately the UK apparently does not do LoTW.

A few years ago I worked UK9AA on 80 cw and he was great in getting me my card. It's been some time now so I may be fuzzy on the details but I remember that he lives in Russia most of the year but the station is in UK. He can operate remote from Russia but the RF comes from UK or he might be there in UK at a particular moment.

He told me to QSL with a couple of green stamps via a Russian address and in due course he sent me an email verifying receipt. Some time later he emailed me that the QSL was going out and that I should advise him when it arrived which it did maybe 2 weeks later.

Nice guy and very helpful!  GL!

How can an entity not do LOTW?
Is it not just a question of an operator applying for it with a valid license?
If they don't do LOTW then your saying that they also cannot apply for DXCC or any other ARRL awards?

I think K0RS means that the UK station he worked on 40m UK9AA does not do LOTW and not the whole of the United Kingdom,

Well done on the new one on 40m Larry btw

I don't think I got anything new but I'm not really a CW Op so the madness of CQ WW is a bit too much for me so just gave away a few points,

I was looking for ND, MO and ID for my last 3 states for CW WAS, I think I worked ID and MO but the ID guy hasn't uploaded to LOTW in years so I might need to find someone else, I really need to close this out so I am looking forward to ARRL DX CW to find the last few I need to confirm,

Sounds good.  He has OQRS now, so I tried that.  We'll see how that works out.  Not via Club Log, just PayPal to his email.

Unfortunately the UK apparently does not do LoTW.

I think if you check into it, you'll find this isn't strictly true.

The world is full of hidden restrictions (on money movement, on mail) to and from certain countries, but as long as there is a functional internet, an LOTW account should be possible.  The only way it wouldn't be possible is that whatever convoluted stuff ARRL requires for documentation from rarer places is stymied by mail restrictions when relevant.

But, I don't think Uzbekistan is currently on anyone's restricted list.  There's only a handful of operators DXing from there and it could be they have all elected not to participate in LOTW.  There are several places in the world (several pretty active Southern Atlantic countries, for instance) where LOTW is fairly rare, probably because they are remote enough for the internet to still be a hassle.

And, while few now do so, it is possible to get DXCC and other ARRL awards strictly with cards, still.

I believe we've already established that K0RS meant that the UK9AA does not do LotW, not the entire country.  ::)

N2SR:  Good idea.  Maybe he will sponsor my plane ticket.  He does own a new mid-engined Corvette.  There may still be travel restrictions in place, however.

Unlikely.  But you could always start a gofundme page.

Like EI2GLB, all of my contest Q's are confirmed on LOTW and even two not during a contest.

I doubt any hams would make a donation.

You beat me to it, I remembered this thread then noticed JT1CO had uploaded to LotW over night, 80m FT8 and 15m FT4 confirmed this time, so have now got a full-set on HF confirmed via LoTW, mixture of CW, FT4 and FT8.

Sadly my 6m QSO hasn't made it to LotW yet although I do have a paper card confirmation.
