It's just a little different.

Click profile (next to my messages)

>click modify profile

>click buddies/ignore list

>edit ignore list

>scroll down to edit ignore list.

Enter members username.

Go to your profile. Select Buddies/Ignore List. Select Edit Ignore List. Add the user ID that you wish to ignore.
