I assume you ar erefering to the Tigertronic signalink digimode interface.
This is basically just a USB soundcard with transformer for galvanic isolation on the audio and electronics for keying the tranciever.
To get the driver you will only have to connect the inteface with a USB to you computer ant then windows will download the driver automatically.
To check if the interface is connected to the PC propperly and working as a soundcard you can do the following.
1. Press down the windows key to open the start meny.
2. in the search field type "Device manager" and click on the text.
3. Click on the "sound, viedeo and game controllers" dropdown.
4. Plug the Signalink in the USB on your PC and see if there pop up a new device in this dropdown.
If not there will normally come upe a icone in the meny that is a yellow trianlge. Click on this dropdown and right click on the first yellow triangle
select "Update Driver Software" redo this untill all the yellow triangles are gone. Then unplug and replug the SL as described in paragraph 4 The SL does not have a dedicated software form Tigertronics but i have added some links further down on where you can download some software.
I would reccomend you to use the Fldigi software becaue it is pretty simple to set up and you can find a lot of information on the internet on how to set it up. Its also free.
Signalink page.
https://www.tigertronics.com/slusbmain.htm Signalink link page for 3 party software.
https://www.tigertronics.com/sl_soft.htmI would reccomend if you get problems setting this up that you ask an local HAM, wife, kid, neigbour to give you a hand setting up the interface and software.
Hope this will get you back on the air

PS!
Be sure that you got the correct interface cable for your tranciever.
Looking at your pofile on QRZ.com assuming this is for one of your yaesu radios it is most likely a mini Din connector.
