I have the A4S and have seen similar issues but usually related to a segment of the driven element between one of the higher bands. The
If it's on ALL bands, try connecting your coax to the dummy load to make sure it's not the coax (which would also show as a fault on all bands). If that's not it, it's likely a problem with a connection between the feedpoint to the end of one of the 10M traps.
