Dentron GLA 1000

I'm cleaning up the amp that has been setting for several years and see on the back there is a control that says "Relay Delay". I find no reference to that control and it is not on my schematic.
Anyone know what it's function is  ?

Does it have a RF sense? Might be the delay when using SSB.
