Can anyone tell me if the ICOM 207H can do split band operation? I want to work the ISS and curious if and how it can be programmed for Split band operation.
Thank you

I don’t think so.
I have one here that I use regularly, and don’t
remember that as an option. It’s a 25-year-old
radio, and doesn’t have some of the more modern
features.
But I can dig out the manual and see...

If I recall the one I had, it has a single VXO, so it can only work one band at a time... so no, it will not work cross band.
Sorry....

You can program the two frequencies into adjacent
memory channels. Then you would need to switch
between the channels as well as pushing / releasing
the PTT switch to go between TX and RX. Not as
convenient, but could be made to work.

I had one. No it can't really do that on its own.
It's a dual band radio, but only one band at a time.
You'd have to program adjacent memory channels and switch back and forth manually
each time you keyed the mike and again when you unkey the mike.
