True loaded Half-Sloper compact 10m-160m antenna

I remember Dan WB9UEZ Making these antennas for local hams to get on 80m &160m. This is a loaded coil half-sloper that fits in a small space 67.8ft (easy fit in a 60ft-50ft space). Dan based this off an article in 73 magazine Sept 1987 written by W8DYF, Dan had written/drawn notes for folks that wanted to build it. The notes fill in the blanks because the article was missing valuable information and he also included upgrades. The original was very poor quality and low resolution and had been copied many times. I found a higher-resolution version of the original article and then I digitally recreated his notes and drawings to give them new life and for other hams to enjoy. This was a lot of work and some would say why, well Dan was a great ham and good friend, he helped many hams including myself. I did this in his honor so please share, build and enjoy 73 KC9CUK.

Thanks, I have always wanted to get on 160 so may give this a try. All ready on 80 and 40 with a fan dipole.

That was a great gesture to make this antenna design easier to read!
I'll share this with a ham group I work with.

Looks very similar to the Alpha Delta DX-B I am using now.

I am building one as I write this. How does your Alpha work? Never been on 160.

Just got it up an did some testing, 80 and 160 look good or respectable , 40 is off the chart bad.
