There are a number of vintage radio repair shops which are quite capable of this but cost might be high. Not too hard to recap that radio yourself if able. As I recall, most of the components are on a large PC board. You could do it a little at a time, and there are many videos on YouTube to guide you.

You sure it needs to be recapped?  I have a DX-160 that I bought in 1976.  Last time I plugged it in, about a year ago, I had no issues with it.  Which is to say it worked well enough, considering its basic design (good sensitivity, decent stability, little selectivity).  It could use a realignment, but nothing was in danger of blowing up.

There is a recap kit sold on Ebay for less than $20.00. I have limited soldering experience and was able to do it.
The kit I purchased had detailed instructions. About a 1 on the scale of 10 difficulty.
It worked very well when completed.

Do a little at a time and test the radio to make sure it still works before you go to far. Easier to find a mistake.

Thanks for all the replies!
I'll definitely be looking on ebay.
