VK9X and S2 are up regularly. Both are very difficult paths, with Christmas I. having a directly polar path for you. But if an operation to VK9X is on the beach they'll put in a good signal to NA-East if propagation is decent. It's close to Cocos-Keeling, which is another one that's never easy from Zone 5.
S2 is never easy. Power limits (either 100W or 400W, I forget which), and I'm pretty sure S2 operations are always well inland, never close to the extensive mud flat that is the Bangladeshi coastline. From what I recall reading, that's not a safe place to be in terms of environmental pollutants from the shipbreaking activities for which it's famous as well as from other human factors. In 22 years I've only worked each of those entities about 15 times, and never on 40 or below. If someone goes there then 10, 12, and 15 will be your friends.
Trindade is due for an activation soon. They usually come up every 5-6 years; 2002, 2009, 2015, with a very short operation in 2011. I don't think anybody's been back since PQ0T in 2015. If someone does go there it will be an easy shot from NA and you should be able to work it at least once. Of the rest? Glorioso would be the next most likely if someone can make a breakthrough with TAAF. I don't think FR/g has been active since Sept. 2009. I need that one on 5 bands plus digital so I'm really hopeful. As for the others? Oink oink flap flap. Not in this lifetime, I'm afraid.
