Clipperton 2024
« on: March 20, 2023, 11:31:41 AM »

Clipperton will hopefully be returning to the airwaves with a 16 day stay planned for January 2024. The last signal from that rare one was in 2015, IIRC, with two big operations before that in 2008 and 2013.

Night gathers and now my watch begins. It shall not end until I reach Top of the Honor Roll

Great times are at hand, and soon there will be DX for all—although more for some than for others.

Just a Marathon point and maybe a couple of greenies for FT8; I have them CW and SSB on every band from 10-160 and RTTY on 3 more. If I were younger and maybe 75 pounds lighter (and in better health) I'd actually like to go on that one.

You could wade in the water and catch some crabs.  Is that the one where ON6TT was bathing in the tidepool and got sucked through and lost his glasses?  He wrote a story about it called "how smoking saved my life".
