Microwave Cavity Labs, inc

Anyone out there in radioland have any info on Mircowave Cavity Lab, Inc., Model MCL 10581 amplifier. It uses a 10kw anode dissipation, RCA 4628 tetrode and tunes 225-400 Mhz. or info on the RCA 4628 tube.
