If you want the low bands on that lot, you'll need a vertical!  Try loading the tower on the lower bands using either a gamma or omega match.  You'll need radials and while a symetrical (sp?) pattern is best, just make sure you get some radials under it.

At my last QTH, I had a 35 foot tower with 32 random radials under it.  It had a Force 12 C3 on top.  I loaded it on 160-30 meters.  Worked WAS on 160 and 17 countries, 98 on 80 meters, 150+ on 40 meters in about 20 months.  I took first place in the low-power caetgory in South Texas in the ARRL 160 Meter Contest.

I have a .187 acre lot myself.  I opted to use a B&W 1.8-30 Folded dipole stretched across my roof.  It's probably the worst possible configuration for this particular antenna, however, you'd be amazed at how well it works on 20 and 10.  (15 is pretty good too.)  I burn a lot of sky on 40,80 and 160, but it DOES function there.

I'm getting ready to erect a tower on the property.  It looks like it's going to be 30 feet of tower and 5 foot of mast.   Possibly burying the bottom section 5 feet and using 10 feet of mast.  It's a huge compromise, but it works.

Anyway, I ultimately stand behind the B&W Antenna.  It's been a great performer.  I worked 49 countries and 25 states over the weekend.

take down the smaller tower, as it will affect the taller one, and Gamma match the taller tower with something you can tune remotely from inside your shack.
