I have recently purchased a Kenwood Th-D7A and am trying to figure out all the packet and APRS stuff. I am new at all of this. I want to know if it is possible to be able to receive and send email to internet addresses with this rig? Thanks for your help.

Check the APRS/ISS FAQ...

CAN I SEND EMAIL? . Yes! Just use an APRS formatted
message to "EMAIL" and the first word of your message
as the EMAIL address, and the packet will be delivered
via conventional Email (assuming it gets digipeated by
ISS into the APRS infractstructure somewhere).
