I know how to send a short e-mail message *from* my APRS to some internet address.

Is there a way to send a message *from* the internet to me via APRS? A Google search pointed to something that claimed to be a Java applet for a web page to allow sending of APRS messages, but when I went to the actual page, that part of it wasn't there. :-(

Yeah, I know it's all of limited use, but I like to play with this stuff. :-)
