All organized license classes sponsored by amateur radio clubs are free to the best of my knoledge--other than you having to purchase the license manual yourself of course.

Check with your local radio club(s) to see if they have any scheduled or ongoing license classes going.

Who knows, your interest may encourage them to start one?

I have been making on average 97% on the practice exams
and my wife made better then  70% the first time she took it with no study, she said she remembered some of it from when she was in the army.. I found a place to take the exam.. It will be at mitchell indiana sometime in april..I am really looking forward to it.
