Yaesu Service terrible

I have had three bad experiences with Yaesu service.
The last experience - I sent a defective part back to be reimbursed over 8 weeks ago with still have no refund in hand - as promised. All I get when questioning them is "The check is in the mail"

My next check written for another radio will be to another manufacturer.  You would think with this difficult economy - Yaesu would treat their good customers better.
