PAUL HANSEN'S AMATEUR REPAIR SERVICE- A CLASS ACT
One encounters,on occasions,a quality service(or individual)so exemplary that it would be remiss not to acknowledge.Such is the case of Paul Hansen,W6XA.Not only is the fellow an accomplished RF repair technician; He is a gentleman- a virtue many   of his peers should be disposed to emulate.
Subscribers to another forum may recall my mention of a particularly recalcitrant Icom 745 and the throes associated with obtaining repairs. Well, thanks to MR.Hansen's skills the beast has been subdued.Ironically,W6XA had served notice of his repair prowess several years previous; He had salvaged a commercial rig for my firm after the insides of the unit had been fried by overvoltage.
I would not hesitate to recommend MR.Hansen to Radio Amateurs in need of repair work on their rigs.

There should be more people in the world who do great work and are a pleasure to deal with!

Thanks Paul!!

Are his prices also really good or on the high side?
