Station Identification

How do you sign your call when calling CQ? Do you indicate that you are operating your station remotely? Do you give the QTH of the station or where you are operating from?

No different than if you were sitting in front of the station itself. ONLY time that may be different is if you are operating a remote via a RF control link...but the rules have been changed over the DECADES so that one ID, your callsign would take care of everything..BUT if the rmt station is a club station with a different callsign, you must ID the AUX station as well..(IE W5XYZ and W5ABC aux or control) The rules do NOT require a separate suffix for the control station anymore as they USED to..
