AEA Model RL-1 Radio Link

I have an AEA Radio Link Model RL-1. I want want to utilities this in control my HF rig via remote either UHF/VHF, but I dont have any clue to start, no manual and etc. Can anyone give an idea or website so I can start my project? Thanks for the info if you will.

I also have the same stuff up and running, and I can scan the manual if you want, and if you didn't get any other help yet.
