Model and Serial Numbers for ham radios stolen
from 5330 Scio Church Road, Ann Arbor, MI, on 12/3/2003.

Washtenaw County Sheriff Office complaint #: 03-51203.

Quantity/Make/Model/Serial Number/Color/Value/Description/Dimension

3 of Icom radio, model IC U-16, S/Ns 460-021590, 460-023587, 460-022786.
Color: black. Value: $400 apiece. Land Mobile handheld UHF radio
transceivers.  Approx physical dimensions: 1.5" think, 3.5" wide,
10" high. (Without the battery pack, height is 6".) Antennas add 6"
to height. Each was in a black snap-cover, holster-type carrying case
with the "Midland" name embossed on the front.

1 of Radio Shack radio, Model 19-1110 (HTX 10), S/N: 40293-14510-02A00(?).
Color: black. Value: $250. 10 meter ham radio mobile transceiver.
Dimensions (approx): 2.5" high, 8" wide, 10" deep.

1 of Kenwood radio, model TM-331A, S/N 80100011. Color: black.
Value: $420. 220 MHz ham radio transceiver.
Dimensions (approx): 2" high, 7" wide, 9" deep.

1 of Kenwood radio, model TM-441A, S/N 61000031. Color: black.
Value: $420. 440 MHz ham radio transceiver.
Dimensions (approx): 2" high, 7" wide, 9" deep.

2 of Azden radios, model PCS-7500H, S/Ns C362418, C362365.
Color: black. Value: $500 apiece. 6-meter ham radio mobile
transceivers. Dimensions (approx): 3" high, 7" wide, 10" deep.

Sorry about your loss.......Did you have gold hidden in these units?? Value......WOW!!

I also sympathize with you on the thefts, but where did you get the values from?

The HTX-10 was a $150 radio brand new from radio shack before they clearenced them out at $50-$100.

I don't know what the legitimate value of the other radios would be, but I would be hard pressed to value the HTX-10 at more than $150.

The values were derived from their original purchase prices. Still have the receipts, original shipping containers, etc.

DAMN if those are the orginal purchase prices remind all of us NOT to buy radios where you do!!!
